Event Description: The YWCA Great Lakes Bay Region will be offering a “Homebuyer’s Advantage Workshop” that will take place on February 7 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the YWCA, 723Washington Avenue, Bay City.

“Homebuyer’s Advantage” is instructed by Lynda Fletcher, Century 21 Real Estate and Gene McFarland, Flagstar Bank. Buying a home in today’s economy may seem impossible. However, the housing market is full of purchasing opportunity. This workshop will educate, assist, and inform participants of a variety of options to make the dream of home ownership a reality.
