Cultures from Around the World Highlighted in Castle Museum Summer Program

Visitors to the Castle Museum of Saginaw County History will get a chance to visit countries around the world as part of the Museum’s summer-long cultural celebrations.

The Castle Celebrates Culture takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Noon. The fun kicks off Tuesday, June 19th and ends on Thursday, August 16th.

The Museum will feature such cultures as Chinese, Eastern Europe, Islam, French Canadian, Cajun and Great Britain. The events include lectures, musical performances, food tastings and more.

All of the programs include a dessert that is reflective of the culture being celebrated that particular week.

The programs are free with paid admission to the Museum. Reservations are required in order to ensure the Museum has enough dessert and/or supplies. Please call Ruth Mancina at 752-2861, Ext. 315 to make your reservation.
