Q: When did you begin working at your company?
A: 2018
Q: When did you become a Chamber Ambassador?
A: 2022
Q: What motivated you to become an Ambassador?
A: To meet and connect with new people and broaden my network.
Q: What’s the most memorable connection you’ve made as a Chamber Ambassador?
A: I am grateful for both Bob Van Deventer and Veronica Horn. Our past Chamber Presidents who extended friendships to me beyond the Chamber circles.
Q: What Chamber event do you look forward to the most and why?
A: Business After Hours. It is a great way for businesses to showcase their space and to meet people in more of a social setting.
Q: What’s one networking tip you’d share with new Chamber members?
A: Look for ways to help or serve others versus what you can get or sell to someone.
Q: Tell us one fun fact about you that might surprise people.
A: I enjoy acting in stage plays.
Q: What was your first job?
A: Bottle return maintenance at Kessel’s Grocery Store.
Q: What was your dream job as a child, and how does it compare to what you’re doing now?
A: Character Artist for Disney. I used to draw a lot as a hobby.
Q: What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?
A: Ziplining over a lake without a harness.
Q: What inspires or motivates you to keep giving back to the community?
A: This is home. I’ve been blessed to live and work in this community. I desire to be part of the awesome leaders that keep Saginaw growing and thriving.
