Q: When did you begin working at your company?
A:  I began working at Century 21 in  2016 and the United Way of Saginaw County in 2022.

Q: When did you become a Chamber Ambassador? 
A: I first became an Ambassador in 2014! I'm so happy to be back in this role after a few years off!

Q: What motivated you to become an Ambassador?
A: The connections – I love meeting and getting to know new people.

Q: What’s the most memorable connection you’ve made as a Chamber Ambassador?
A: I’ve made so many great friends through the Chamber.

Q: What Chamber event do you look forward to the most and why?
A: The Perc Breakfast is my favorite. I enjoy all of the different aspects of it, from hearing about new members, the business card exchange and the speakers that we have had.

Q: What’s one networking tip you’d share with new Chamber members?
A: Put yourself out there — if you don’t know someone, they probably don’t know you!  

Q: Tell us one fun fact about you that might surprise people.
A: I’m a Green Bay Packer fan in a state full of Lion’s fans!

Q: What was your first job?
A: I started working at a taco shop when I was 14!

Q: What was your dream job as a child, and how does it compare to what you’re doing now?
A: I wanted to be a teacher when I was growing up.  

Q: What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?
A: I sold my house and left my job of 20 years to move to Michigan with my now husband! At the time, we had only been dating for 8 months! 28 years later, I’m still here!

Q: What inspires or motivates you to keep giving back to the community?
A: As a Realtor, I love the home buying and selling process. Whether it's finding a first home, helping a family upgrade, or guiding someone through the investment process, the sense of fulfillment that comes from matching clients with the right property can be incredibly rewarding.
Working for United Way, it’s been eye opening for me to see the direct, positive impact you can make on people’s lives. Whether it's providing resources, support, or opportunities to those in need, knowing that your work is improving the well-being of individuals or groups makes my heart happy.
