Q: How long have you been with Stardust? A: I have been creating memories since August 2015.
Q: How long have you been a Chamber Ambassador? A: I was honored with ambassadorship in January 2018 (I’m a newbie!)
Q: What do you like about being an ambassador? A: Meeting new people, learning their stories and sharing information that can help or educate others.
Q: Tell us a little about yourself. A: Here’s some of my story: raised in Saginaw, went to Arthur Hill, did the Delta Difference, and ended my educational quest at Northwood with my BA in Marketing Management. I then escaped for a few years to Indiana and Nashville, TN to be a store manager at Sally Beauty and been back thriving ever since. I’m single, no kids or pets (I know, I need to stop showing off), I’m very close to my family, go on frequent adventures, live to rock (I love attending live music,) I’m a DIY/Crafty lady, and I am a true crime enthusiast.
Q: What was your first job? A: I started babysitting when I was 11 years old, and my first “real” job was at McDonalds. I was there for four years. My first career was at Sally Beauty and I was there a total of 13 years in numerous roles. At one point I was working all three, going to high school, and taking college credits.
Q: What worries keep you up at night? A: It changes daily, but it is usually work related.
Q: What is your greatest achievement? A: No Idea, I’m not done yet.
Q: What is your most prized possession? A: My phone, it is the keeper of all my music.
Q: What is something unique in your office? A: Well, I work at a bowling alley/family entertainment center so I have all kinds of random things like my personal bowling ball (got to be ready to roll at all times), a bowling pin with my name on it (literally…it’s pink too,) a certificate of completion from Birthday University (it’s a real thing,) but the most unique thing is that I’m in a real office now and hearing customers and arcade games all the time is different.
Q: What is your favorite Michigan travel location? A: I will always have a love for Detroit.
