Working Parents Tax Credit in Michigan - Saginaw Chamber Signed onto a coalition letter advocating for the creation of a Working Parents Tax Credit in Michigan. The proposal would direct a large refundable tax credit to EITC-eligible households with children under the age of six, to help families pay for baic expenses, especially the high cost of childcare. The credit would be worth $5,000 for each child under the age of three and $2,500 for each child between three and six.
