Q: How long have you been with your company? A: Moved to this company in 2020.
Q: How long have you been a Chamber Ambassador? A: Since January 2018.
Q: What do you like about being an ambassador? A: I like getting to know the different business leaders in our community. I also like being able to help people who ask me questions about the investment industry at the different events.
Q: Tell us a little about yourself. A: Born and raised in Saginaw. I went to Valley Lutheran High School and graduated from Central Michigan University. I am married to my beautiful wife Shelby and in August of 2020 had our first child, Ezekiel. I am also the current chair of the Young Professionals Network.
Q: What was your first job? A:. My first job was at Kokomo’s Family Fun Center
Q: What worries keep you up at night? A: Nothing really comes to mind. I am always doing what is in my clients’ best interest so I do not need to worry about the short term markets. It also helps that I am a heavy sleeper.
Q: What is your greatest achievement? A: My greatest achievement is currently an ongoing one with raising my child to grow up and make a difference in this world.
Q: What is your most prized possession? A: It would be an awfully close race between my collection of hunting firearms and my golf clubs (most days on the course).
Q: What is something unique in your office? A: A painted wood carving of a duck that looks very realistic that was done by my father.
Q: What is your favorite Michigan travel location? A: Anywhere in the wilderness around the Traverse City area.
Q: What do you like to do in your spare time? A: I am an avid golfer in the summer, a hunter in the fall, and a fisherman year-round. I also like to play sports and target shoot firearms.
