Q: How long have you been with Thrivent Financial? A: Since August 2015.
Q: How long have you been a Chamber Ambassador? A: Since January 2018.
Q: What do you like about being an ambassador? A: I really like being able to talk to other business leaders in our area and learning more about what their company does for Saginaw County.
Q: Tell us a little about yourself. A: I was born and raised in Saginaw, went to Valley Lutheran High School and then graduated from Central Michigan University. I moved back to Saginaw after graduation. I love this area so much. The hunting, fishing, and all of the other outdoor recreation that is available in this area is amazing.
Q: What was your first job? A: The first real job I ever had was working for Kokomo’s Family Fun Center. It was one of the most fun jobs I ever had.
Q: What worries keep you up at night? A: Thankfully, not very much. I am a very deep sleeper.
Q: What is your greatest achievement? A: My greatest achievement was getting engaged to the most beautiful, intelligent, and kind woman I have ever known, my fiancé Shelby.
Q: What is your most prized possession? A: It would be a tie between my hunting dog Zoey and my fishing boat that I use to catch walleye out of the Saginaw River.
Q: What is something unique in your office? A: A mount of the first duck that I was able to harvest.
Q: What is your favorite Michigan travel location? A: Anywhere up north. But, if I had to be specific, I would have to say a property on the Rapid River by Torch Lake.
