Q: What motivated you to become an Ambassador? A: Being able to make connections and to help other businesses make connections.
Q: What’s the most memorable connection you’ve made as a Chamber Ambassador? A: They have all been memorable, not one connection stands out over the others. There has always been something memorable.
Q: What Chamber event do you look forward to the most and why? A: I enjoy the Percolator Breakfast; you get to meet a lot of new people and have the opportunity to discuss business.
Q: What’s one networking tip you’d share with new Chamber members? A: Just continue to build a relationship with prospective business opportunities. The deal very rarely closes on the first visit or meeting.
Q: Tell us one fun fact about you that might surprise people. A: Have been kicked out of two bars! Yes, really!
Q: What was your first job? A: Worked for a local retailer, with four locations. Delivered products, set up displays and did sales.
Q: What was your dream job as a child, and how does it compare to what you’re doing now? A: Like every kid, a policeman or firefighter. It compares as I'm assisting people with their financial dreams, and sometimes still catching bad the guys when they commit fraud.
Q: What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done? A: Walk across Paris to get back to a hotel.
Q: What inspires or motivates you to keep giving back to the community? A: Seeing how people from different backgrounds can come together to make improvements which affect everyone’s life for the better.
