These are the total revenues that went to Halifax when it hosted the 2019 Memorial Cup!
And the great news is that Saginaw was awarded the honor of hosting the 2024 Memorial Cup!
Halifax has a population of 440,000. The population of the Great Lakes Bay Region is 400,000, so we can expect similar numbers.
We are so grateful to the Saginaw Spirit organization, the Great Lakes Bay Regional Convention and Visitor’s Bureau and the many organizations that helped support our efforts to bring the Memorial Cup to Saginaw!
Over the next year, the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce will focus on helping businesses prepare for this great event through exceptional customer service and ideas to offer our visitors to make them feel welcome here.
